These SMS Terms apply to TechVill SMS Offers, the promotional text message program operated by Techvill Appliance Repair Ltd. (“TechVill”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By joining the program, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
TechVill SMS Offers sends text messages with seasonal offers and promotions on appliance repair and maintenance services.
2. Consent
We send TechVill SMS Offers only to people who have given us separate, express consent to receive promotional text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase: you can book and pay for any TechVill service without joining the program.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
5. How to Unsubscribe
Reply STOP or ARRET to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your request, after which we will send you no further promotional text messages. We process opt-out requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us at info@techvill.ca.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
