Frigidaire fridge inspection in a new home is a very important step that you should do yourself when moving in. You don’t want your fridge to stop working all of a sudden, and you can reduce the chances of that by doing a simple fridge inspection that we are showing in this video.
Usually, during a home inspection, appliances are overlooked. Home inspectors perform some basic checks, but it is often not enough to identify potential issues with the appliance.
In this video, we are using a Frigidaire fridge as an example for this home fridge check-up, but the same steps apply to any refrigerator, regardless of brand.
Fridge inspection in your new home is a simple process that includes the following steps:
#1 – Check the temperature inside the fridge compartment using a simple thermostat.
#2 – Check that the door gaskets are not worn out.
#3 – Check for any ice build-up inside the freezer compartment.
#4 – Check the water dispenser and the ice-maker, if your fridge has them.
