Nisku is a business and industrial park in Leduc County, about 15 km south of Edmonton beside the Edmonton International Airport, along the QEII (Highway 2) and Highway 625. Nisku has very little residential housing of its own, so most calls here are staff kitchen and lunchroom appliances in the industrial park, plus the country residential addresses in the surrounding county. Service is dispatched from our Edmonton hub — we confirm the arrival window when you book.
Nisku falls under the T9E Forward Sortation Area shared with the surrounding Leduc County. We service:

If your appliance is showing an error code, write it down — most modern brands display alphanumeric codes that point to a specific failure mode, and our technician can bring the right OEM part on the first visit.
For refrigerator and freezer issues, move perishables to a cooler or another working unit — diagnosis and repair can take 60–90 minutes, and we do not want spoilage on top of the original problem.
For washer leaks, shut off the water inlet valves behind the unit and place towels along the base before we arrive.
For gas range or oven issues, do not attempt to relight burners if you smell gas — leave the appliance off, ventilate the room, and tell our coordinator when you book.
Edmonton winters regularly reach -30°C. If your fridge or freezer sits in an unheated garage or shop and has stopped cooling, note the ambient temperature — that detail changes the diagnosis and helps our technician arrive prepared.
Our drivers reach Nisku via the QEII (Highway 2) southbound from Edmonton, exiting at Highway 625 or Airport Road. The Edmonton International Airport terminal is the usual navigation reference. Nisku uses street-and-bay numbering that GPS frequently misreads, so mentioning the building name or nearest corner when booking speeds up arrival.

Everything you need to know before you book — pricing, warranty and timing.
Yes. Nisku is primarily an industrial and business district rather than a residential town, so most of our work here is staff kitchen and lunchroom appliances in the business park — fridges, dishwashers, microwaves and coffee equipment — plus the country residential acreages in the surrounding county. Bookings are dispatched from our Edmonton hub and we confirm the arrival window when you call.
Our technicians hold manufacturer authorizations from GE, Electrolux, Bosch and Samsung, and service all major residential brands — including LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Amana, Miele, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking and Wolf.
We service refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, cooktops, range hoods and ranges — both gas and electric, standard and high-end built-in units.
Yes. We install only genuine OEM components sourced through authorized suppliers, which keeps your appliance within its original manufacturer warranty and maintains factory performance.
Every repair includes a written warranty: 90 days on labor and up to 3 months on parts, with manufacturer coverage of up to 1 year on many OEM components. Exclusions apply to misuse, physical damage, and residential units used in commercial settings.
TechVill carries $5M commercial general liability insurance. Our technicians hold Red Seal certifications, carry corporate ID, wear branded uniforms and complete security background checks.
Diagnostic assessment starts at $179 for standard models and $259 for high-end and built-in units, including 15 minutes of hands-on evaluation. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair, and we confirm any travel time at booking rather than adding it afterward.
