For refrigerator and freezer issues, move perishables to a cooler or another working unit — diagnosis and repair can take 60–90 minutes, and we do not want spoilage on top of the original problem.
For washer leaks, shut off the water inlet valves behind the unit and place towels along the base before we arrive.
For gas range or oven issues, do not attempt to relight burners if you smell gas — leave the appliance off, ventilate the room, and tell our coordinator when you book.

Diagnostic assessment starts at $179 for standard models and $259 for high-end and built-in units, including 15 minutes of hands-on evaluation. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair. Any travel time beyond our core Vancouver dispatch zone is confirmed with you at booking rather than added afterward.

Every repair includes a written warranty: 90 days on labor and up to 3 months on parts, with manufacturer coverage of up to 1 year on many OEM components. Exclusions apply to misuse, physical damage, and residential units used in commercial settings.
