TechVill offers same-day emergency service for critical appliances like refrigerators and heating systems. Standard appointments are typically scheduled within 24-48 hours. We complete 76% of repairs on the first visit, minimizing repeat service calls.
Our technicians are Red Seal certified with Alberta Apprenticeship training. We maintain factory authorization from GE, Samsung, Electrolux, and Bosch, ensuring manufacturer-compliant repairs and warranty preservation.
Every repair includes written warranty protection – 90 days on labor and manufacturer warranty on OEM parts (typically 6-12 months). Warranty excludes commercial use, physical damage, and appliance misuse.
TechVill operates with full Alberta licensing and carries $5M commercial liability insurance. Our gas-certified technicians handle both electric and gas appliances safely, with insurance certificates available upon request.
We service all major appliance brands with exclusive use of OEM manufacturer parts. As authorized service providers for GE, Samsung, Bosch, and Electrolux, we maintain direct supplier relationships for authentic components and preserved warranties.
Diagnostic fees start at $179 for standard appliances, with transparent pricing provided before any repair work begins. Labor rates are $170/hour for common appliances, with most repairs completed within 1-2 hours including diagnostics.
